Philip Conaghan

Professor Philip Conaghan is Director of the NIHR Leeds Biomedical Research Centre, which focusses on prevention across multiple disease areas. He is also Professor of Musculoskeletal Medicine at the University of Leeds, UK. His own research focuses on developing effective therapies for osteoarthritis. He is Deputy Chair of the international outcomes group OMERACT and a EULAR methodologist. He has received multiple international research awards including the OARSI Clinical Research award.
