Registration for OARSI 2025 World Congress coming December 2024!

We are pleased to welcome you to the Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) 2025 World Congress on Osteoarthritis taking place at the Songdo Convensia in Incheon, South Korea on April 24-27, 2025.

Attendees of the OARSI 2025 World Congress must be OARSI members. To join as a member, please visit HERE. 

OARSI Registration / Member Types

REGULAR: Health professional or researcher from a broad range of disciplines.  

STUDENT: Student enrolled full-time or part-time in undergraduate or graduate program. Must send a letter from department chair on university stationary stating enrollment status.  

ASSOCIATE/EMERITUS: Resident, fellow, post doc, research assistant, or individuals retired from the field. Verification from supervisor is required if still actively in the field.  

CORPORATE MEMBER/MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE: As a named representative under your organization's Corporate Membership, you are eligible for Regular Member pricing.

Membership Rate Details

CURRENT MEMBER RATES: Rates applicable to individuals who are current members of OARSI, having renewed dues for 2025 membership prior to 12/31/2024.

RENEWING MEMBER RATES: Rates applicable to individuals who were members in 2024 but did not renew dues prior to the end of 2024. Provides member rate to Congress as well as membership dues for 2025.

Discount: Low & Low-Middle Income Countries

New Congress Registration Fee Discount Available to Members Attending OARSI 2025 from Low and Low-Middle Income Countries

  • OARSI offers a 50% discount off registration fees for members attending from low or low-middle income countries as designated by the World Bank.  
  • To see if your country qualifies for the discount, please visit the World Bank country classification by income level. 
  • Please fill out the form HERE to request discounted registration.

Additional Events

Specific events are not included with Congress registration and require an additional registration fee to attend.

Payment Details

Credit Card & ACH Payment

  • Online registration accepts Credit Card and ACH payments.
  • Acceptable Credit Card Forms: AMEX, VISA, Mastercard.

Wire Transfer Payment

  • If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, there is a $25 fee that must be added to your registration.
  • Please select this during the registration process, and then select "WIRE TRANSFER" on the payments page.
  • An invoice will be produced for your records.
  • A member of the OARSI Meetings Team will contact you directly for payment.
  • Please note, registrations are not complete until payment has been received and processed.
  • All wire transfer payments MUST be received by March 7, 2025 for processing.
  • Wire transfer registration is available until March 7, 2025, after this only online registration with a credit card will be available.

Cancellations / Refunds

  • The Cancellation Request Form must be submitted by March 7, 2025 to be eligible for reimbursement.
  • There will be $75 processing fee for all refunds.
  • Refunds will not be processed until after the Congress.
  • All requests received after March 7, 2025 will forfeit 100% of monies paid.
