Getting a Visa for Incheon, South Korea
Traveling to Incheon, South Korea? Securing a visa is a key step in your journey. Most travelers will need to apply for a visa based on their nationality and purpose of visit. South Korea offers various visa types, including tourist, business, and transit visas.
Visa Requirements: Check the specific requirements for your country HERE. Generally, you'll need a valid passport, a completed visa application form, recent passport-sized photos, and proof of financial stability and accommodation. You may need a letter of invitation directly from OARSI and/or our PCO (LotteJTB) in South Korea. Be prepared to supply your full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and dates of arrival and departure.

Application Process: Apply through the nearest South Korean embassy or consulate, or use the online visa application system where available. Processing times can vary, so apply well in advance of your travel dates. Please be sure to obtain all of the necessary documents before going to the embassy/consulate office to apply for your visa application.
Visa Exemptions: Some nationalities may benefit from visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival for short stays. Verify eligibility and duration of stay on official South Korean government websites or consult with your travel agent. Those with visa-free entry will need to complete the K-ETA form found HERE.
