ECI Luncheon Workshop

Statistical analysis is not onesizefitsall. Whether you're working with multidimensional gait data, MRI
quantitative data, biomarkers, or longitudinal clinical cohorts, choosing the method is critical, and
understanding why it fits the question is key.
 
This interactive luncheon will aim to provide ECI with:
 Breaking down the barriers between statistical approaches
 Exposure to diverse statistical approaches through real OA research examples
 Get insights from OAC statistics editors as to the common statistical errors in publishing
 Getting insights from experts into ECI stats barriers
 
The session will feature:
1. Short case-based talks from researchers leveraging diverse techniques.
2. OAC journal statistical editor(s) on statistical review, “what we look for”
3. Smallgroup discussions where attendees share challenges and generate questions for peer/expert
feedback.
