Exhibitor Move-in:
- Thursday, April 18th, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Exhibit Hours:
- Thursday, April 18th, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday, April 19th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, April 20th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Exhibitor Move-out:
- Saturday, April 20th, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Exhibit Booth Information:
- All booths are 9 sqm or multiples thereof

Each Exhibit Booth will include specific furniture and items that are detailed in the World Congress Exhibit Booth Information document.
World Congress Exhibit Booth Information
In addition to the furniture and items included in your exhibit booth, each stand also includes the following:
- Exhibitors are entitled to (2) two Exhibit Hall Staff Badge/Registrations per 9 sqm exhibit space assigned*.
- Linked logo on the OARSI World Congress website
- Exhibit listing in our Pocket Program and Congress Mobile App
*Additional Exhibit Hall registration badges may be purchased for an additional fee.
Onsite Exhibit Contractor Information
Our Event Contractor is StandOut, with whom you may order additional booth accessories, graphics, and services. Please note that the deadline to order additional items or services is March 19, 2023. Orders placed after March 19, are not guaranteed and are subject to a 25%

- Order deadline is March 19, 2024.
- Orders placed after March 19th are not guaranteed and are subject to a 25% increase.

- Extended deadline for ordering is April 3, 2024.
- Registration Lead Retrieval
- Shipping & Customs Clearance Assistance
- Please review shipping documents in a timely manner as all orders must be made for shipping assistance with the onsite contact, DHL, by April 8, 2024.

- Order deadline is April 5, 2024.
- Internet
- Complimentary attendee wifi in Exhibit Hall B. Should any exhibitor want dedicated or private line WIFI, you will need to order.
- Order Deadline is March 28, 2024
- Late Booking Price Deadline, with surcharge of 20 - 30% depending on the item, is April 4, 2024
- Orders booked after April 4th are based on availability and a surcharge.
