Dr. Merry-Lynn McDonald is an Associate Professor and Director of Integrative Omics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in the United States. Dr. McDonald is a Research Scientist at the Birmingham Veteran Affairs Health Care System (BVAHCS). She is a genetic epidemiologist who focuses on deciphering the etiology of musculoskeletal diseases including osteoarthritis and muscle wasting.
