A deeper dive into the recently published exploratory phase 2 trial investigating the effect of injectable pentosan polysulfate sodium (iPPS) on synovial and serum biomarkers in participants with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. Findings and correlations will be explored and linked to the proposed PPS mechanism of action in knee osteoarthritis.
