Tips on Using the App - APP COMING SOON!

Tips on Using the App:

1. Once “EventScribe” application has downloaded, launch the app and choose OARSI 2026 World Congress on Osteoarthritis.
2. If you already have the OARSI World Congress on Osteoarthritis mobile app downloaded, be sure that you have exited any previously loaded app to the "event list" so that you are able to select the OARSI 2026 World Congress on Osteoarthritis.
3. Tutorials: Click through the different helpful tips when you first view the app for information about navigating the app, and access at any time by clicking the settings icon at the top of the dashboard & selecting Reset App Tutorials.
4. Complete Your Profile: Click the settings icon at the top of the dashboard and select “My Profile” to complete your app profile. It is important to complete your profile so you can connect with other attendees. 

Your name and email are required to save your profile.

IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to select if you would like to publish your profile to the attendee list. (If you choose to publish only your name and industry will be visible to anyone other than your friends.)

1. Connect with Other Attendees: Request to be friends with other attendees who have created profiles to connect via the app.
2. Personalizing Your Experience:  Create your personalized My Favorites list by clicking the star for each specific entry. If a record has been starred this will add it to your My Favorites list, easily accessed from the dashboard. This will include events, exhibitors and more.
3. Navigating the Schedule: The schedule of events is sorted by date and then time within the day. Click the different days at the top of the schedule to navigate between event dates. Click into any session to see more information and details about the session along with information about the session’s presenters.

Onsite Registration Hours

OARSI Onsite Registration is located in the Hall A Lobby.

All participants must pick-up their badge at the OARSI Onsite Registration desk prior to participation in OARSI sessions / events.  A badge must be worn at all times while in the convention center.

Speaker Ready Room Hours

Speaker presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to the start of presentation. It is located in Meeting Room 1G.
