All Congress program formats listed above, including exhibits, posters, and oral presentations will take place at the at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center in Vienna, Austria from April 18-21, 2024.

Registration & Hotel Reservations
Registration & Hotel Reservations for OARSI 2024 is open.
- Workshops are ticketed sessions that have an additional fee.
- All attendees must register for the meeting.
- Fellows must include a letter on letterhead signed by your Program Director indicating you are in training. Students must provide a current copy of student identification. (Submit via email: info@oarsi.org)

Congress registration includes access to the following session types:

- Concurrent Oral Podium Sessions

- Opening Reception with Exhibit Hall Networking

- Poster Sessions with Presenters in Attendance in the Exhibit Hall

What Sessions / Events are a Separate Registration Fee?
Specific events are not included with Congress registration and require an additional registration fee to attend.
Breakfast Workshops
- $30 Each (You will only be able to register for 1 workshop per day), Breakfast included.

Poster Tours
- $30, Breakfast included.

Offsite Dinner Event
- Join your fellow OARSI colleagues for a night of fun and networking at the OARSI Offsite Dinner Event!
- Take advantage of an opportunity to engage with OARSI colleagues across all career stages.
- $95 for Attendees / Guests, Discounted $75 for Early Career Investigators, Dinner & Drinks included.

Registration Cancellations / Refunds
- Requests for cancellation / refunds must be submitted via email to the OARSI Meeting Coordinator, Summer Culkin, sculkin@oarsi.org by March 20, 2024 to be eligible for reimbursement.
- There will be $75 processing fee for all refunds.
- Refunds will not be processed until after the Congress.
- All requests received after March 20, 2024 will forfeit 100% of monies paid.

Onsite Registration Hours
OARSI Onsite Registration is located at MCC Registratur, Ground Level of the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center.
All participants must pick-up their badge at the OARSI Onsite Registration desk prior to participation in OARSI sessions / events. A badge must be worn at all times while in the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center.
