Dr. Sébastien Czernichow is Professor of Nutrition at Paris Cité University and head of the Department of Nutrition at Georges Pompidou Hospital (Paris, France). This Department is dedicated to the management of patients living with severe obesity and is part of a European network for accredited multidisciplinary treatment centers (COMs - EASO). His major research interests include epidemiology and management of obesity. He has published more than 300 papers in the field of Nutrition.
